Terms of Service.
1. Scope
These terms govern your use of yuvijet.com (the "Site") and any product or service enquiries or purchases made through it. By using the Site you accept these terms. The Site is operated by Yuvijet Colors India LLP, Kalyan, Thane, Maharashtra (GSTIN 27AADFY1722E1ZE).
2. Products and prices
All prices shown are indicative and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed in a written quotation. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product images are representative; actual product may vary in minor details. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or service at any time.
3. Enquiries and quotations
Submitting an enquiry form does not constitute a purchase order or create a binding contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you provide a confirmed purchase order or advance payment. Quoted prices are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
4. Shipping and delivery
We dispatch pan-India via reputed courier partners. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handover to the courier. Damage in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
5. Returns and warranty
Products are sold with the manufacturer's standard warranty where applicable. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only, in original packaging. Consumables (inks, papers, powders) are non-returnable once opened. AMC and service contracts are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Limitation of liability
Yuvijet Colors India LLP's liability in any event is limited to the invoice value of the specific goods or service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages. We are not responsible for business losses arising from printer downtime beyond what is covered under an active AMC.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thane, Maharashtra.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance. Check the effective date above on each visit.
